SHIPPING

• Shipping time calculated in business days:
• That does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays
• All orders placed on a weekend or Holiday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day
• If an order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day, the order will be shipped within the next business day
• West Coast R/C Works reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason
• Pre-Order and Back Order items will be shipped on first come first serve basis.
• In case an order contains a combination of in stock items and pre/back order items, the in stock items will be shipped separately from the pre/back order items. Unless requested otherwise.

Returns

 All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase

• Steps to return:
• Please contact our office within 30 days of date of purchase
• All returns after 30 days will not be accepted
• Please email to sales@westcoastrcworks.us
• All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days after the return contact (email or call)
• To get refund the item must be:
• Unopened, and in brand new condition
• No refund for damaged, altered, or tampered equipment
• Returns must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals, and instructions
• Missing accessories results in reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost to replace those items
